Show and Tell Friday

Hi! Happy Friday! Can you believe it's February 1st already? I can't!

We are having a cold, rainy day today. It was icy out this morning so I didn't go into work today. Neither did anyone else from the office!

Today, I am showing and telling about the shelf above my kitchen sink. My kitchen is decoated in green and sunflowers. And I love litle, dainty stuff so this shelf is perfect!

Here's the full view of it.

And a close-up of the right side.

And the left side.

And a blurry view of the little sunflower girl. I just love her! She was a bit pricey, at $9.95 a few years ago, but I couldn't pass her up!

Head over to Kelli's to see all the other Show and Tells!

Enjoy your weekend!

Nice little sunflower gal. I think I'd like sunflowers in my kitchen, too. They are so cheerful.

How pretty!! That makes working around the sink much more fun I'd think!!!! [and regarding the blue carpet the goldenrod yellow paint.....that to me sounds VERY pretty!!!!! That way you could do some accents with those two colors in it like a cushion that's flowery with blues and deep yellows!!!] Sounds perfect to me. But of course, a READING room sounds terrific.

Jada, I love dainty stuff like your shelf and whatnots, but over the years I've developed an allergy to dusting. No, not to dust, but dusting, LOL!

Hope your weekend is a blessed one, my friend. ;o)

Love and hugs,

Diane

You should show it with the sink in the picture so we could get a better idea! I love sunflowers too--they make me happy. I have a sunflower apron which I love , and some pictures with sunflowers in them ;-)

You have a very pretty name! Love the shelf...good thing there wasn't a window there above the sink like in my house. :)

I like sunflowers also, I
found real cute stuff at
Joannes Fabric store. When
they start putting out the
summer "garden" merchandise,
there will be something new
I am sure......
